4. Pricing & Payments

5. Delivery of Digital Licenses

After successful payment, the Trend Micro license key and installation instructions will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Most deliveries occur within 1–3 hours.

6. Incorrect Email Address

Tech Rader is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete email addresses submitted during checkout. Customers must verify their information before placing an order.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our official Refund Policy. Because digital license keys cannot be returned or revoked, refunds are limited to specific cases such as:

• Duplicate orders
• Invalid or non-working license keys (verified by our team)
• Incorrect product delivered

Once a license key is delivered or activated, it cannot be refunded.

8. Product Activation & Use

Customers are responsible for installing and activating their digital product. The delivery email includes the required instructions. Tech Rader is not responsible for incompatibility issues or misuse of the product.
