Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital Trend Micro Antivirus products purchased from Tech Rader. Because our products are delivered instantly via email and contain digital license keys, refund eligibility follows strict digital goods compliance standards.

1. Digital Product Nature

All Trend Micro licenses sold by Tech Rader are non-returnable digital goods. Once a license key has been delivered or activated, it cannot be returned, revoked, or reissued, making refunds limited.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

• You purchased a product by mistake and did not receive or view the license key.
• You received a product that does not match your order.
• The license key provided was invalid or non-functional (verified by our support team).
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

• The license key has already been delivered to your email.
• The key has been activated or linked to a device.
• The customer selected the wrong product after delivery.
• You changed your mind after receiving the license.

3. Delivery Verification

All delivered keys are logged with timestamps and delivery confirmation. If you claim non-receipt, our team will verify delivery status through our mail server before issuing a resolution.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, processing may take:

• 5–7 business days for standard refunds
• Up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting Tech Rader first will result in your license being immediately disabled, and further purchases may be restricted. We strongly recommend contacting our support team before initiating any dispute.
